A marketplace with almost nothing to sell
Motourismo lists motorcycle tours from operators across Europe, Africa and Asia. Each new tour meant contacting the operator, collecting dates, prices, bikes and inclusions across several email threads and building the page by hand — 20 to 50 man-hours per tour. The catalogue stalled at 24 tours, and with so few pages there was little for Google to rank: about 1,100 organic visitors and 9 enquiries a month.
Claude as the operations manager
The manual coordination workflow was replaced by a system that runs partner communication end to end — and every finished tour becomes a page that ranks.
Automated Partner Outreach
Claude conducts the full email conversation with each operator — dates, prices, bikes, inclusions, logistics. It adapts to the answers, follows up on its own and opens a task for a manager only when a partner goes silent.
Automatic Tour Creation
Once the data is complete, Claude builds the full tour — description, itinerary, price tiers, departure dates — in German, English and US English, and publishes it. One admin reviews and approves.
Search-Ready by Default
Every tour page is written to a keyword set for its country and riding style, linked from the country landings and submitted for indexing. The catalogue is the SEO strategy.
